With extensive experience as Firm Tax Director at Baker Tilly Canada and Senior Tax Director at RSM Canada, Dale has led highly skilled teams to optimize clients' investment tax credit benefits under the CRA's SR&ED program. Previous roles include Technical Tax Practice Leader at Grant Thornton and Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, along with early career positions at Ernst & Young, Nortel Networks, and Telesat. Dale holds an MBA in Finance from Queen's University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
