Greg Hrin

Greg Hrin has worked in the IT industry since 1998. Greg began their career as a Software Programmer at ClientServ Corporation, where they designed and developed PowerBuilder reports, data windows, and applications. Greg then moved to Ceridian Benefit Services as a Quality Assurance Analyst in 2000. In 2004, Greg joined CareMedic Systems as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they conducted testing of revenue cycle management software for hospitals and healthcare providers. In 2007, Greg became a Lead QA Analyst at CitiStreet, where they performed end to end operational testing of HR health and welfare benefits outsourcing software for large scale client server systems. In 2009, they worked as an IT Consultant at HCFC Consulting, where they focused on quality and mentoring of all things IT related. From 2018 to 2019, Greg was self-employed, working as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist and Technical Support Analyst. In 2019, they worked as a Consultant at Office Depot. Since 2020, Greg has been employed as an AML UAT Analyst at Citi and a Quality Assurance Manager at Workload.ai.

Greg Hrin obtained an Associate of Science (AS) in Computer Information Science from Tampa College. Greg also holds certifications from CompTIA, including A+, Network+, Secure Infrastructure Specialist, and Security+, all obtained in 2015, 2018, and 2020. Additionally, they have a certification from LinkedIn for Make 'Em Love You at Work, obtained in September 2020.
