Tahsin Film has a long career in the film industry, beginning in 1991 when they joined KRG Enterprises as a film producer, director, and screenwriter. In the same year, they also joined the Organization of National Cinema, where they worked on "The Identity of Hell". From 1993 to 1995, they worked at the School of Visual Arts on "Starvation", and from 1995 to 2004 at the Fine Arts Society on "Eternal Damnation". From 2004 to 2008, they worked at the General Directorate of Art on "Devil Fingertips", and from 2008 to 2012 at the Directorate of Film in Sulaimaniyah on "Wall". Finally, from 2012 to the present, they have been working at the Ministry of Culture and Youth on "Sand Sculptures".
Tahsin Film holds a high school diploma, which they obtained in 1987 after a year of general study at a high school.
