Hemalatha Rajagopal

Hema is a visionary focusing on the transformation of the young talents of India, to become skillful leaders. She Co-founded KRG Technologies with an overall experience of 23 years in establishing and managing technology functions. She is widely admired amongst her peers for her deftness at integrating and managing diverse, multi-cultural and multi-national teams and expertise in process lifecycles and next-gen technologies.

Having started her career as an IT Trainer at Pentafour and spent around 9 years covering various roles and responsibilities, she always gives importance to skill development. She was an IBM and BEA Certified International Trainer and has handled several corporate training programs in India, US and South America. She has several years of experience working with Pentafour, Entertainment Publications and WherehouseMusic.

She has done her MBA in Finance and was a University Rank holder in Cost and Management Accounting and Company Law. Her dream is to identify all the talents with big dreams, across the length and breadth of India and guide them with the relevant and supreme knowledge, facts and values to achieve their dreams, in the Ocean of Global Staffing.
