Previously, they served as Deputy General Counsel at OneMain Financial, where they led a team advising on complex financial laws. David's prior experience includes roles as Senior Corporate Counsel at Enova and Associate/Attorney at Vedder Price, focusing on real estate, corporate governance, and intellectual property. They hold a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
