Nikhil Bohra

Nikhil Bohra has a wide range of work experience. Nikhil began their career in 2008 as an Intern in Quality Control at Panacea Biotec Ltd. In 2009, they interned at the Directorate of Mushroom Research, where they learned sequential techniques of Mushroom cultivation and worked with farmers to understand the problems faced during its cultivation, processing and marketing. In 2010, they were a Consultant in Strategy at Desert Environmental Conservation Association, researching animal feed production through different nutrient combinations, assisting field trials, and preparing and presenting research reports/ papers. In 2011, they interned at the National Law University in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and worked at Jal Bhagirathi Foundation as a Specialist in Programs, designing games, newsletters and other IEC tools to bring in behavior change. From 2013-2015, they were a Consultant in Innovation, creating business plans and leading email campaigns and social media marketing for software, agri-business and real estate startups in Jodhpur, and a Manager in Operations at Wello, managing the production and distribution of their star product "WaterWheel". Finally, in 2015, they founded and became the CEO of Krimanshi, creating a context based affordable animal food business from locally available unconventional raw materials.

Nikhil Bohra completed a B. Tech in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2010. Nikhil then went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Innovation from Adianta School for Leadership and Innovation, which they completed in 2015.
