Carsten Wiborg

Carsten Wiborg is an experienced project leader specializing in IT project management and public tender processes. Currently serving as a Projektleder at Kriminalforsorgen since December 2023, Carsten is also the Founder and Partner at ScopeConsult, a position held since February 2005. With a strong background in managing complex projects, notable roles include Project Manager at DR - Danmarks Radio and Energinet, focusing on digital transformation and energy market integration. Additionally, Carsten has contributed as a Tendering Consultant for Digitaliseringsstyrelsen and held a position on the board of a Danish craft business since May 2008. Carsten holds a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering from DTU and a Diploma in Marketing Management from Hillerød Handelsskole.
