Anna Nilsson

Anna Nilsson currently serves as Frivårdschef at Kriminalvården, overseeing the VO F Helsingborg, which includes the probation services in Kristianstad and Karlskrona. Prior to this role, Anna held various leadership positions at Migrationsverket, managing regional asylum operations, administrative processes, and detention services in southern Sweden from May 2014 to February 2024. Anna has also served as a Utredningsledare focusing on investigative and supervisory activities. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Kriminalvården from May 2006 to May 2014 as a leader responsible for security at the Kirseberg facility and the narcotics dog operations in southern Sweden. Anna Nilsson holds a Filosofie kandidatexamen in Beteendevetenskap from Lund University and attended Katedralskolan from 1985 to 1988.
