Rob Mougin

Rob Mougin is an experienced legal professional and mediator with a diverse career spanning over two decades. As the Founder of Blue Sky Mediation Center since January 2016, Mougin has specialized in mediation services. Additionally, Mougin has served as the Managing Partner at Kring & Chung, LLP since May 2001 and was a Founding Partner at Lake & Mougin from May 1997 to May 2001. Earlier in the career, Mougin worked as an Associate Attorney at Tuverson & Hillyard from May 1993 to May 1997. Rob Mougin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of San Diego (1993-1996) and a BA in Economics from UC San Diego.
