Lead Faculty at Kripalu

Edi Pasalis has extensive work experience in leadership and wellness roles. They currently serve as a Partner at Integrative Leadership Practices, where they started in August 2021. They are also an Adjunct Faculty at the MIT Leadership Center since March 2021. Additionally, they hold the position of Lead Faculty at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, starting in August 2021. Previously, Edi served as the Director of Kripalu Innovation and Learning Network at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health from January 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at the same organization, including Director of RISE Programming, Director of the Kripalu Institute for Extraordinary Living, Associate/Managing Director at the Institute for Extraordinary Living, and Director of Standardized Curriculum, all between 2010 and 2018.

Edi Pasalis has a strong educational background, having pursued various degrees in different fields. From 1984 to 1988, Edi Pasalis attended Harvard University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Later, between 1992 and 1994, Edi Pasalis completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Edi Pasalis then furthered their education at Harvard Divinity School from 2000 to 2003, earning a Masters of Theological Studies degree with a specialization in Yoga and Spirituality. Additionally, Edi Pasalis pursued another MBA degree, but specific details regarding the field of study and years attended are unavailable.
