María Fernanda Vaca Jiménez

María Fernanda Vaca Jiménez has been working in the field of operations and administration since 2006. María Fernanda began their career as Gerente de Administración y Operaciones for The Edge, Desarrollo Organizacional in 2006. In 2012, they took on the role of Coordinador de operaciones for Fundación Outward Bound Ecuador. In 2017, they worked as a Consultor de gestión de proyectos. Since 2021, they have been Head of People Operations and Administrative and Operations Coordinator for Kriptos.

María Fernanda Vaca Jiménez has a diverse educational background. María Fernanda received their Bachelor of Arts - BA from Universidad San Francisco de Quito in 2006, with a major in both Administración/Gestión hotelera and Finanzas, general. María Fernanda then went on to obtain a Master en Dirección de Empresas from IDE Business School in 2010. In 2011, they completed a Coach sistémico from More Global Coaching.
