Svenja Goetzie

Svenja Goetzie is a psychology professional with extensive experience in crisis counseling and mental health support. Currently serving as a Crisis Counselor within the Psychological Management Team at Krisenchat since February 2022, Svenja provides crisis counseling to children, adolescents, and young adults. Concurrently, Svenja works as a Private Tutor for English and Biology, specializing in neurobiology and genetics. Previous roles include an internship in clinical psychology at Heiligenfeld GmbH and a position in the Public Health Department at Kreisverwaltung Viersen. Svenja also holds a Master of Science in Health and Medical Psychology from Leiden University, and has contributed to international health initiatives through a workshop instructor role with AIESEC in Lithuania and research projects at the Robert Koch Institute and Amsterdam UMC.
