Anna Hovakimyan

Anna Hovakimyan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anna is currently working at Krisp as the Lead Program Manager for Product Engineering. Prior to that, they were the Founding Director at Agile Integrity and worked as a Project & Product Manager at SmartClick. Anna also gained experience as an Atlassian JIRA Trainer at SoftConstruct and BSC Business Support Center. Anna served as an Agile Project Manager at SFL - We Do Software! and as a Scrum Master at Greetz. In addition, Anna worked as the FLEX (Future Leaders Exchange) Alumni Coordinator at the American Councils for International Education and as a Human Resources Department Intern at Orange. Anna started their career as a Customer Operations Specialist at Firmplace, Inc. In 2007-2008, Anna attended Eagle High School as part of the Future Leaders Exchange Program, where they received a Diploma of successful completion in General Studies.

Furthermore, from 2008 to 2012, Anna pursued their Bachelor's degree in Management at the French University of Armenia.

During this time, they also acquired admission to the Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Licence degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Apart from their formal education, Anna also obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In May 2020, they completed "The Complete Product Management Course" through Udemy. Furthermore, in January 2023, they earned certifications in "Agile with Atlassian Jira" from Coursera and "Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I)" from Scrum.org.
