Gemma Pye

Gemma Pye is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Krispy Kreme UK & IRE since August 2019. Previously, Gemma held the roles of Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner at Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC from February 2015 to May 2019. Prior experience includes Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Officer at Air Charter Service from November 2010 to June 2014, as well as a position in Human Resources at Marriott International from April 2007 to October 2010. Gemma holds a CIPD Level 7 Award in Resourcing & Talent Management obtained between 2018 and 2019, along with a qualification in Human Resource Management from Westminster Kingsway College.
