Eloise Hale

Eloise Hale's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Global Corporate Communications and Partnership Engagement for Krispy Kreme since February 2023. In this role, they are responsible for leading the global corporate communications function, enhancing the brand and culture, and overseeing community engagement strategies.

Prior to that, Eloise worked at Electrolux from December 2011 to January 2023, where they held the position of Head of Corporate Communications for North America. In this role, they executed strategic communications for Electrolux North America and provided support for global communications for AB Electrolux. Eloise also managed media and investor relations, government relations, employee communications and engagement, and community partnerships.

Before joining Electrolux, Eloise held various roles at Bank of America from 1999 to 2011. These positions included Senior Vice President of Communications Executive for Global Risk Management, supporting the Chief Risk Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications supporting Chinese joint ventures, Corporate Treasury and Counsel, Senior Vice President of Corporate Media Relations supporting the CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations, and Vice President of Corporate Communications supporting the Consumer Bank and Global Technology and Operations.

Eloise Hale completed an Executive Leadership Program at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. Eloise also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
