Glynis Spencer, MBA, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager at Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC since October 2022, Glynis also operates as a Human Resources Consultant for various companies since April 2019. Previous roles include Manager of Talent Marketing at Ascent Hospitality Management and Community Outreach and Recruiting Manager at YouthBuild USA. Notably, Glynis spent over a decade at Hilton Worldwide, first as a Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter/Manager, where the focus was on recruiting exceptional talent aligned with the company’s hospitality standards.
