Gaurav Jain

Gaurav Jain has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Gaurav is currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Krista Software since October 2023. Before this role, they held the position of Director of Engineering at the same company from January 2022 to October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Architect at Krista Software from May 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Krista Software, Gaurav worked at MindTickle as a Software Engineer from February 2015 to May 2020. In this role, they led the Data architecture team and created a comprehensive system with Apache Spark based data pipeline and a data delivery architecture utilizing Jaspersoft BI tool and OData protocol based API.

From December 2013 to February 2015, Gaurav worked at iSIGHT Partners as a Software Development Engineer. Gaurav was a member of the core development team and was involved in working on the Threatscape API 2.

Gaurav's earlier experience includes working at Symantec as a Software Engineer from July 2011 to December 2013. Gaurav primarily worked on the PGP Universal server (now known as Symantec Encryption Management Server) and was involved in back-end code development using languages like C, C++, and scripting languages like shell scripts.

Gaurav Jain completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) and Masters of Technology (MTech) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Gaurav pursued their education at the institute from 2006 to 2011.
