Lara Carter

Lara Carter has extensive experience in community relations and project management, currently serving as the Community Relations & Special Projects Manager at Kristi House since March 2015. Prior roles include Technical Analyst at Citrix, Administrative Assistant at the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and Research Assistant at the Stem Cell and Mechanobiology Laboratory. Additional experience includes positions as a Student Assistant in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health, Student Researcher in the Neuroprosthetics Research Group, and Professional Trainee with the Miami City Ballet. Lara Carter holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a medical concentration from the University of Miami, graduated in 2014.
