Juli Adams

Juli Adams is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Ruth at doTERRA since June 2025, Juli previously held the position of VP of Human Resources at Ring Bomb Party from May 2024 to June 2025. Within Chalk Couture, Juli contributed significantly from July 2017 to June 2025, advancing through roles including VP of People Operations, Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Director at Miche Bag, LLC from August 2010 to June 2012 and HR Coordinator at eBay Inc from January 1999 to June 2002. Juli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Brigham Young University, obtained from 1987 to 1994.
