Sarah Brown is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in benefits administration and people operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of People Operations at Kriya Therapeutics, Inc., Sarah leads HR initiatives with an emphasis on compensation and benefits strategy. Previous roles include Manager of Human Resources at Kriya Therapeutics, Benefits Manager at MedSource, and various HR roles at CEI and LincolnHealth, where Sarah honed skills in employee development, compliance, and benefits program management.
