Brad M. Thompson has a diverse range of work experience in the broadcasting and sports industry. Brad M. began their career in 2010 as a Production Assistant at CBS Radio 670 The Score, where they produced highlights and comedic on-air packages. Brad M. then worked as a Sports Blogger for CBS Chicago.com, writing and editing daily sports blogs. In 2012, Brad became a Video Production Assistant for the Tulsa Drillers Baseball team, where they produced animations and graphics for in-game promotions and edited video highlights.

In 2013, Brad joined the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club as the Director and Technical Director for RockiesVision, responsible for coordinating camera operators and operating the equipment to provide video and graphics to multiple sources throughout the ballpark. Brad M. also worked as a College Football Sideline Reporter, Analyst, and Play-By-Play Broadcaster for AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain during this time, creating compelling and entertaining narratives for the audience.

In 2014, Brad took on the role of Play-By-Play Broadcaster for Altitude Sports & University of Denver, as well as PAC-12 Networks. Brad M. continued to excel in this role and expanded their responsibilities to include broadcasting for the University of Colorado's BuffVision.

In 2015, Brad joined Kroenke Sports & Entertainment as a Director for the Colorado Avalanche and the Denver Nuggets. In this position, they coordinated camera operators, in-game hosts, replays, marketing/sponsorship elements, and highlights packages.

Additionally, they hosted the Joe Scott Show on Mile High Sports Radio 1340 AM KDCO and served as a guest co-host on the sports talk radio show Artificial Turf.

Finally, from 2008 to 2009, Brad worked as part of the elite firefighting crew, Logan Hotshots, dispatched nationally by the U.S. Forest Service to suppress wildfires and assist in other natural disasters.

Brad M. Thompson's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Mercyhurst University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Brad M. later pursued a Master of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University in the year 2010. Additionally, Brad attended the University of Guadalajara in 2009 to study Spanish Language, although it is unknown whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
