Erin Gaston

Erin Gaston is an accomplished professional in guest experience management with extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Guest Experience at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment since September 2012, Erin oversees all Guest Relations Managers and part-time event staff at Ball Arena, focusing on guest issue resolution and service initiatives. Previous roles at Kroenke include Senior Manager of Guest Relations, Guest Relations Manager, Tour Coordinator, and Guest Relations Representative. Erin's career also includes experience with the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club as Promotions and Special Events Staff, academic event coordination at the University of Colorado Denver, and various positions in sports organizations such as the Arizona Diamondbacks and Oakland Athletics. Erin holds a Master's degree in Management, Sports and Entertainment from the University of Colorado Denver and dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Development and Family Studies, and Sociology from Arizona State University.
