Lauryn Toolson

Lauryn Toolson is a seasoned professional in real estate development and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Development Associate at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment since May 2013, where Lauryn co-manages the Victory Crossing project aimed at transforming Commerce City. Previous experience includes working as a Development Associate at Vision Hospitality Group, where Lauryn conducted financial and market analysis and contributed to the brand strategy for boutique hotels, and as the Marketing & Design Director at Lasya Inc., where Lauryn analyzed sales reports and developed presentation materials. Additionally, Lauryn has held roles such as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Colorado Center for Community Development and a Financial Analyst + Design Intern at Aboutblank Architecture & Visual Production.
