Scott Cosgrove, PMP has worked for Kroeschell Inc. since 2001. From 2001 to 2012, they held the roles of Project Manager, Kroeschell Operations, Chief Engineer/Superintendent, Kroeschell Operations, and Project Director. In 2012, they were promoted to President, Kroeschell Operations and President, Kroeschell Facility Services, and also served as Vice President/Program Manager and Construction Quality Manager. During their time at Kroeschell Inc., Cosgrove managed industrial and government construction projects, along with energy, sustainability, and multiple engineering capital improvement projects nationwide. Scott also successfully restored plant reliability and secured regulatory compliance by managing a three year, $4.5M waste water treatment project, and achieved the Energy Star Award for a Military Medical Facility for completing a $1M HVAC upgrade project. Additionally, they interfaced with executives of Caterpillar, Inc. to deliver contracted utilities services to East Peoria, IL location, and directed activities for utilities department within a seven million sf manufacturing facility.

Scott Cosgrove obtained their Project Management Professional- PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2009. Scott also holds certifications from the US Army Corps of Engineers, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and Caterpillar University. In April 2012, they obtained their Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification from the US Army Corps of Engineers. In May 2012, they obtained their EM385-1-1 Construction Safety and Health Requirements certification from the US Army Corps of Engineers. In January 2012, they obtained their OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. In March 2006, they obtained their Six Sigma Green Belt, DMAIC certification from Caterpillar University. Scott Cosgrove also holds a Stationary Engineer certification from the City of Chicago, Department of Buildings, obtained in December 2013. Scott earned their Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University between 2013 and 2015, and they attended the College of Lake County between 1992 and 1994, studying Mechanical Engineering Technology.
