Declan Fitzgerald

Declan Fitzgerald is a Senior Director at Kroll, providing advisory, dispute resolution, and expert services for complex capital projects since June 2021. Previously, Declan served as Director at Blackrock Expert Services Group, shortly before its rebranding to Kroll. From February 2014 to December 2020, Declan worked as a Senior Manager at PwC UK, contributing to significant projects including the strategic support for a multi-billion nuclear waste processing program. Declan's career began as an Engineer at Joda Engineering Consultants, followed by a role as Senior Engineer at Alan Baxter & Associates, where project responsibilities included leading designs for numerous public sector projects with capital expenditures up to £20 million. Declan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from University College Cork, obtained in 2007.
