Graham Ong-Webb

Graham Ong-Webb serves as the Vice President of the Technology & Engineering Office at ST Engineering, where responsibilities include integrating advanced technologies into product development for defense and security. With prior leadership roles such as Head of the Future Technology Centre and Vice President at the Group Technology Office of RSIS, Graham has specialized in Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence. Entrepreneurial experience includes Co-Founding and serving as Chief Communications Officer of a tech startup, alongside consulting on global risk at Control Risks Group. An accomplished academic, Graham holds a PhD in Strategic and Intelligence Studies from King's College London and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at Singapore University of Social Sciences.
