Hillary Roberts

Hillary Roberts is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in private equity and M&A. Currently serving as Director and Senior Legal Consultant at Kromann Reumert since August 2019, Hillary has a strong background that includes an Associate position at White & Case LLP from October 2016 to August 2019, focusing on private equity transactions. Previous roles include Legal Counsel on secondment at Novator Partners LLP and a Solicitor at Bell Gully, where involvement spanned private M&A, private equity, and general corporate advisory. Hillary's educational credentials comprise a Mini-MBA from AVT Business School and dual Bachelor of Laws degrees alongside a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences from the University of Otago.
