Sofie Jensen

Sofie Jensen is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in M&A, ESG, corporate law, and aviation finance. Currently serving as a Director and Attorney at Kromann Reumert since November 2019, Sofie previously held senior and attorney roles within the same firm. Additional experience includes a position as an External Lecturer in corporate law at the University of Copenhagen and a Visiting International Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Sofie's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from both New York University School of Law and the University of Copenhagen, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
