Thomas Lange-Stalinski

Thomas Lange-Stalinski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and production management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Kromberg & Schubert since October 2019, Thomas has previously held senior roles at MANN+HUMMEL, including Vice President for Global Production and Technology Development and Managing Director of MANN+HUMMEL Automotive GmbH. Earlier career includes leadership positions at Kostal Mexicana and the KOSTAL Group, focusing on production, logistics, and lean manufacturing. Thomas began his career as a Team Leader at the Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL der RWTH Aachen, where research and production design were key responsibilities. Thomas holds a Dr.-Ing. and a Dipl.-Ing. in Production Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
