Randy Shandobil

Randy Shandobil is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in journalism and communications. Currently serving as Principal at Shandobil Communications since August 2011, Randy specializes in media training, interview preparation, message development, and crisis communications. As a podcast host for "This Golden State with Randy Shandobil" since May 2016, Randy discusses news and politics in California. Additionally, Randy acts as a political analyst for KRON-TV and KTVU-TV since February 2016, contributing insights during news broadcasts. Previously, Randy held roles as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University School of Business and a lecturer at UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. Randy's foundational work includes serving as Political Editor and General Assignment Reporter at KTVU-TV from 1981 to 2010, covering significant events such as the Gulf War and presidential elections.
