Paula Martins is an experienced Business Strategy Manager with a background in Beverage Technology and commercial leadership. Paula has held various positions, including Key Account Manager at Scaglia Indeva spa, Business Controller and Operations Manager at Integrated Packaging Systems, and Business Strategy Manager in the MEA region. Paula has a Master of Science in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Universidade do Minho and completed a thesis under the ERASMUS exchange program at Fachhochschule Aalen. Currently, Paula collaborates with senior leadership to set business agendas and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
