Elena Ridloff

Elena Ridloff is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for ACADIA Pharmaceuticals where she is responsible for leading corporate finance, accounting, investor relations and corporate affairs functions. She joined the company in April 2018 as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and since October 2018 has served as Chief Financial Officer. From 2014 to 2018 Ms. Ridloff was Vice President, Investor Relations at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and served as a member of the Operating Committee. Prior to Alexion, Ms. Ridloff was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of BIOVISIO, an independent consulting firm providing strategic, financial and investor relations counsel to the life sciences industry. Previously she spent over a decade as an institutional investor in the biopharmaceutical industry. From 2005 to 2012 she was a Managing Director at Maverick Capital, a hedge fund based in New York, and was responsible for investments in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and life science sectors. She currently serves on the board of directors for Kymera Therapeutics.

Ms. Ridloff received her B.A. in History and Sociology of Science from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a CFA© charterholder.
