Luis Albillos Merino is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Sales & Channels Director for both Kronos Homes and Kronos Real Estate Group since February 2023. Previously, Luis held significant leadership roles, including Head of Sales and Marketing at Vía Célere, where oversight of a sales team of over 70 professionals and management of development budgets were key responsibilities. With a background in real estate asset sales management at Sareb, and previous consultancy experience in urban planning and real estate appraisal, Luis brings extensive expertise in sales strategy, portfolio management, and value generation. Luis holds advanced degrees from IE Business School and a Master of Architecture from Universidad de Valladolid.
