Zsombor Szabó-Gergely started their work experience in 2010 as a Kundendiensttechniker at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions) and worked there until 2011. Later, they joined Kronsoft Development and held multiple roles starting from Technische Hotline Mitarbeiter in 2011. Zsombor then worked as a Platinshop-Hotline Mitarbeiter and eventually became the Teamleiter Platinshop Hotline in 2012. In 2013, Zsombor became the Product Owner aFon, where they managed an application for Android and Apple. In 2014, they took on the role of Business Analyst, utilizing their expertise in the areas of pharmacy and e-commerce. Finally, in 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the entire call center at Kronsoft Development. Zsombor also provided assistance to colleagues in BA or QA roles to improve their performance.
Zsombor Szabó-Gergely holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov, which was completed from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theologie/theologische Studien from Pontifical Gregorian University, which they completed from 2001 to 2004.
