Gunta Špīse

Gunta Špīse has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and learning and development. Gunta is currently the Head of Learning and Development Division at KRONUS, where they also previously held the role of Learning and Development Manager. Prior to joining KRONUS, they worked as an Adizes Change Management Leader at the same company. Before that, they were a Training and Development Project Manager and Internal Trainer at KRONUS.

Gunta has also worked as a Lecturer at RISEBA University of Business, Arts and Technology and as a Business Consultant and Trainer at WIN partners. Gunta has experience in HR management as well, having worked as an HR Manager at EY and as an HR Director at the University of Latvia. Earlier in their career, they served as a Regional HR Manager and HR Manager at Cramo SIA and as an HR Assistant at SIA Tapeks Noma.

Gunta Špīse obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from RISEBA University in the years 2011-2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy at Latvijas Universitate from 2000-2004. Gunta has also obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Genos International Practitioner from Genos International in 2023, a Certificate of completion in Workplace Coaching from Rīgas Koučinga Skola - Erickson Coaching Latvia in 2022, and completing the Leading Highly Effective Teams - Adizes Integrator's Training from Adizes Institute in 2020.
