Katarzyna Jendrzejczak's work experience starts with their current role as a Systems Analyst (Zendesk) at Kroo Bank since July 2022. Previously, they worked at Curve from 2019 to 2022, where they held various positions including Key Vendor Manager (Fulfilment), CX Content Lead, Content & Articles Analyst, Second Line Champion, and CX Champion. Before that, they had a role as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from 2017 to 2019, where they managed a team, handled customer complaints, and ensured the store followed company standards. Katarzyna also worked as a Barista at Starbucks from 2017 to 2019. Katarzyna had internship experiences as an Intern at AFB Tłumaczenia in 2014, where they gained practice in written translation in various fields. Katarzyna also had an internship at Centrum Języków Europejskich "Euro-Alphabet" in 2014, where they focused on written translation practice in medical and university texts.

Katarzyna Jendrzejczak obtained a Masters degree in English Studies (Magister/Mgr) from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie. Katarzyna pursued this degree from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in English Philology (Licencjat/Lic.) from the same university, studying from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Katarzyna Jendrzejczak has also acquired several certifications. Furthermore, they obtained a Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from Imperative Training in August 2019.
