Inga Kamińska

Inga Kamińska has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Inga is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Krosno Glass SA since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Acting Chief Executive Officer from April 2021 to February 2022 and was also a Member of the Board, Director of Strategy and Restructuring from October 2020 to February 2022 at the same company.

Inga Kamińska also has experience as a Business Advisor at ILK Inga Kamińska since November 2014. Before that, they worked as a Member of the Board / General Manager at Florentyna Sp. z o.o. from October 2017 to October 2020.

Inga served as the President of the Board / General Manager at Polish Porcelain Factory "Ćmielów" i "Chodzież" S.A. from June 2013 to August 2017, where they oversaw the annual production and distribution of porcelain. Inga Kamińska was also the President of the Board at Porcelain "Chodzież" S.A. from September 2012 to June 2013.

Earlier in their career, they held significant leadership positions at Porcelain Factories "Ćmielów" Sp. z o.o., including President of the Board / General Manager from September 2010 to June 2013, and Vice President of the Board / General Manager / CFO from December 2007 to September 2010. In addition, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Porcelain Factories Ćmielów Sp. z o.o. from July 2007 to December 2007.

Before joining the private sector, Inga Kamińska gained experience as a Financial Advisor at PRB Consulting from November 2006 to June 2007. Inga also served as the I Vice President of the City at City Hall Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski from October 2003 to November 2006.

Inga started their career as the President of the Board at Waste Management Company "Janik" Sp. z o.o. from July 2002 to September 2003.

Inga Kamińska's education history can be summarized as follows:

- In 1997-1999, they obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Economics - Finance from Politechnika Radomska im. Kazimierza Pułaskiego.

- In 1993-1997, they studied Management and Marketing, with a focus on Company Management, at Krakow University of Economics.

- In 2003-2005, they attended the Higher School of International Relations in Łódź, where they studied European Law - Public Administration.

- From 2010-2012, they pursued an MBA in Business Management at Krakow University of Economics.

- In 2017-2019, they attended ICAN Institute, completing the ITL Personal Leadership Academy.

- From 2018-2019, they studied Lean Management in Services as a postgraduate student at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

Additionally, Inga obtained various certifications, including Kaizen Coach and Kaizen Practitioner from Kaizen Institute, Ltd. Inga also holds a certification in Balanced Scorecard from the French Institute of Economics Poland and an Exam for Candidates to Supervisory Boards of State Treasury Companies from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. In 2003, they received The Certificate of Qualification in Waste Management from the Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Province.
