Molly Layden

Molly Layden has extensive experience in sales operations and business management, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations & Excellence Experience at KI since March 2006. In this role, Molly leads a pre- and post-sales operational support team for the Central/Mid West Sales Districts. Previously, Molly was a Sales Operations Manager at Pallas Textiles and held the position of Senior Project and Service Coordinator at KI, providing comprehensive sales support across various product lines. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Sales Representative & Office Manager at Evenson Photography and as a Front End Supervisor at Sam's Club. Molly Layden holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has furthered education at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
