Małgorzata Jaworska

Małgorzata Jaworska has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Małgorzata is currently the Corporate Communication Lead at KRUK S.A. since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at HICRON as the Employer Branding Lead from August 2022 to July 2023, and as a Senior Employer Branding Specialist from April 2022 to July 2022. Małgorzata also served as the Marketing & Employer Branding Manager at Inteca from June 2020 to March 2022 and as a Marketing Manager from January 2020 to June 2020. Before that, they held the position of a Public Relations Specialist at Grupa HASCO from February 2018 to April 2019 and worked as a Key Account Manager at Agora SA from January 2017 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at HIGHLITE as a Project Manager from October 2014 to January 2017 and as an Account Executive from February 2014 to September 2014. Małgorzata also has experience as an Event & PR Manager at JMT s.c. from September 2010 to June 2014 and as a PR & Promotion Manager at Fundacja Bente Kahan from October 2008 to March 2010. Their early career includes roles as a Radio Show Host at Akademickie Radio LUZ from January 2004 to June 2009 and as the Head of Promotion from October 2006 to June 2008.

Małgorzata Jaworska studied Social Communication and Journalism at Uniwersytet SWPS. Małgorzata obtained a certification in FCE from the University of Cambridge in 2001.
