Chairat Thirophas

Chairat Thirophas has extensive work experience in various roles related to health partnerships, provider management, and procurement in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2001, Chairat worked as a Pharmacist at Bumrungrad International Hospital before moving on to roles such as Pharmacy Practice Specialist and Senior Pharmacy Practice Specialist. Chairat then became the Pharmacy Informatics Manager, responsible for integrating data, technology, and innovation into the medication use system. Chairat also served as the Associate Pharmacy Director and Associate Division Director of Inventory Management, where they were responsible for forecasting material usage, controlling inventory, and warehouse management. From 2014 to 2016, Chairat was the Division Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Management, overseeing hospital-wide procurement processes and capital budget management. Chairat then joined AIA Thailand as the Head of Provider Management, where they led the healthcare provider strategy and management for health insurance. Currently, at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL., Chairat holds the Vice President position for Health Partnerships & Provider Management, leading processes for health innovation and partnerships to improve service levels for customers and the company.

Chairat Thirophas completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in Clinical, Hospital, and Managed Care Pharmacy at Mahidol University from 1994 to 2000. Chairat then obtained their Pharmacist certification from The Pharmacy Council of Thailand in April 2001. In January 2012, they completed an Administrative Residency Program at Bumrungrad International Hospital. Chairat furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Finance, General at Kasetsart University, which they completed from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Purchasing and Supply from the Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Association of Thailand in April 2014, including the Certificate in Purchasing and Supply and Certified Purchasing Knowledge.
