Shadia Basmagi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and language education. Currently serving as Customer Success Lead at Kruzee since March 2023, Shadia previously held the role of Customer Success Specialist and has been an ELE teacher at italki since December 2018, delivering over 2000 online lessons with a record of 100% customer satisfaction.
