Johan Eerland

Johan Eerland possesses extensive maritime experience, currently serving as a Schipper at Schippers Centrale Rotterdam since September 2024. With a career at KRVE spanning over four decades, Eerland holds the position of Senior Allround Boatman and Mooring Supervisor, where responsibilities include planning the mooring and unmooring of various seagoing vessels in the Port of Rotterdam. Notable projects include assisting SBM Offshore with the unmooring of the FPSO Schiehallion and participating in offshore operations during hurricane conditions. Eerland's background includes training roles, committee participation, and various crew positions across multiple marine vessels, supported by formal education in maritime studies from the MBO Rijn en Binnenvaart school.
