Riccardo Ronchi

Riccardo Ronchi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of project and construction management. Riccardo started their career as a Construction Manager in 1998, working as a consultant until 2005. Riccardo then joined Arata Isozaki & Andrea Maffei Associati as a member of the project team and Construction Manager. In 2006, Riccardo moved to Structure Tone as a Project & Construction Manager. Riccardo then worked at Tishman Speyer as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2009. Riccardo joined Polaris Investment Italia SGR Spa in 2010 as a Project Manager, and later took on the role of Senior Project Manager at Kryalos Asset Management from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Riccardo is the Managing Director Development Management at Kryalos SGR.

Riccardo Ronchi attended Politecnico di Milano from 1998 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree.
