Kelly Wende

Kelly Wende is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in fund services and operations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director for the USA at Krypton Fund Services since March 2021, Wende previously held the position of Senior Manager for Integrations at Apex Fund Services (North America) from January 2018 to March 2021. With a solid foundation in financial management, Wende has also held key leadership roles at Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services as Director of Regional Financial Controller and Head of US Operations from November 2010 to January 2018, and at MadisonGrey Fund Services as Global Head of Operations, VP Controller, and AVP Fund Accounting from June 2003 to November 2010. Wende holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Georgia, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
