Eglė Mėlinskė

Eglė Mėlinskė has a diverse work experience history. Eglė started their career in 2005 as a Consultant of Unit-linked Life Insurance at SEB Lietuvoje. Eglė then worked at Eika, where they held the roles of Equity Analyst and Head of Sector Research, specializing in Energy and Materials investments. In 2015, Eglė joined Eldes as CFO, where they focused on managing finances and improving the company's free cash flow. In 2018, they took on the role of CFO at KryptoVault, overseeing the finances of a multi-MW-capacity data center construction and operation group of companies. Eglė also became a CFO at KV Baltic the same year. In 2021, Eglė joined KV Group as a Board Member.

Eglė Mėlinskė completed their Bachelor of Statistics degree with a focus on Finance and Actuarial Mathematics at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2004 to 2008. Eglė then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Economics degree in Public Sector Economics from Mykolas Romeris University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. In 2016 and 2017, Eglė Mėlinskė attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business to earn a LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation.
