Susan Kloss

Susan Kloss, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at both Kryptowire Labs and ThinkSense Inc. since October 2019. Additionally, Susan is a Chief Member since December 2021, contributing to a network aimed at enhancing women's leadership roles. As COO of Live Proud Spirits since July 2016, Susan helps drive charitable contributions through sales of premium spirits. Since June 2015, Susan has held the position of Director at Wally's Smile, which supports cancer patients through care packages. Prior roles include Scientific, Engineering, and Technical Analyst at Schafer Corporation and The Tipstone Group, and Sr. Project Manager for the Maryland State Board of Elections. With a degree from the University of Maryland and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, Susan combines extensive operational and project management experience with a commitment to community service and advocacy.
