Cameron Wadden has more than 20 years in Operations Management. He is a supportive, forward-thinking driver of innovative solutions with expertise in the planning, scheduling, and control of activities that transform inputs into finished goods and services. Cameron is open-minded, has an analytic approach to identifying root causes and developing solutions by collaborating with all levels of staff, from the shop floor to senior management. With his effective communication skills he is also able to engage and collaborate with clients in North America, Europe, and South Asia as well as the ability to take operations to the next level by implementing corrective actions, value chain auditing and respectfully driving a culture of continuous improvement.
