Nicole Schiel

Nicole Schiel has gained extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Nicole currently holds the position of Associate Director of New Business Development and Director of New Business Management at K&S Insurance since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the P&C Commercial Lines Team Lead and Account Executive at Risk Strategies Company (May 2022-March 2023). Nicole also worked as an Account Executive at Hotchkiss Insurance (January 2020-May 2022) and Senior Account Manager at Marsh & McLennan Agency - Southwest (June 2017-January 2020). Nicole's earlier experience includes roles at IBTX Risk Services (Account Manager/Marketing Account Manager, May 2015-June 2017), Dexter & Company (Sr. Commercial Account Manager, August 2007-May 2015), Insurance One Agency L.C. (Commercial Department Manager & Account Manager, 2002-2007), and Association Insurance Group (Executive Assistant to the President & VP, 2001-2002). Throughout their career, they have displayed expertise in insurance counseling, risk management, and working with large commercial clients.

Nicole Schiel has a strong background in insurance and risk management. Nicole obtained a degree in Risk Management from The National Alliance between 2004 and 2013. In 2012, they furthered their education by acquiring a Management Liability Insurance Specialist certificate from IRMI. Nicole also holds additional certifications, including CRM (Certified Risk Manager) and CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
