He also provides opinions on patentability, freedom-to-operate, white space, landscape, and manages patent portfolios for Indian and foreign clients and assists them to obtain patent protection both within and outside India.
Prior to joining K&S Partners, Amit worked with a reputed IP service provider company and automobile manufacturing company as an IP associate.
