Kristie O'Neal

Kristie O'Neal has over fifteen years of experience in the medical and marketing industries. Kristie is currently a Project Manager at KSA Lighting and Controls, where they manage product development projects from start to finish.

Kristie began their career as a Medical Assistant and Front Office Manager at Covington Women's Health Specialists, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for managing appointment scheduling, phone answering, check in and check out duties, insurance verifications, plan reviews, financial oversight, and patient relations. Kristie was also responsible for contributing toward the creation of a positive, collaborative working culture, handling personnel issues, customer relations, and record keeping. Additionally, Kristie assisted in the hiring and onboarding of new employees, scheduled surgical procedures, and answered questions about the plan.

In February 2016, Kristie joined Acuity Brands as Sr. Marketing Manager, Data Operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing product development projects from start to finish. Kristie successfully launched multiple products and oversaw all aspects of their development, including market research, product planning, packaging design, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning. Kristie also managed a team of marketing coordinators and developed processes to streamline product development and launch timelines.

Kristie O'Neal has obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Purdue University and has also received certification from Purdue University Global in Business Fundamentals Micro-credential and Dean’s List - April 2021 Term.
